These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PIXEL JOURNEY, C.A., a company organized in Venezuela (RIF J508498151) (“Pixel Journey”, “we”, “us”).

By browsing pixeljourney.io or submitting the contact form, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Privacy questions go to info@pixeljourney.io.

This site is an informational B2B brochure and a qualifying contact channel. It does not create a user account, a hosting service, or a software license.

Content is provided for general information. We may update pages, withdraw tools that are described but not yet shipped, or correct errors without notice. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, professional certification, or guarantee of a specific outcome.

Designing, building, hosting, or operating software for a client is governed only by a signed statement of work, master services agreement, or similar contract — not by these website Terms.

As described on our Transparency page, client project code and repositories are handled under that contract. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your existing intellectual property to us, and they do not grant you a license to our internal tools beyond what you can view in a browser.

You may use the site for lawful professional purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or overload our infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or automated contact requests, or use the form to send spam.
• Scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors, or copy substantial site content for a competing brochure without permission.
• Use the site to violate law, infringe rights, or transmit malware.

The Pixel Journey name, marks, layout, copy, illustrations, and 3D treatments on this site are owned by PIXEL JOURNEY, C.A. or used under license. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Third-party marks (including technology logos) belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

If you send a request, you represent that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to share it, and that you are not impersonating another person or company.

We may reject or discard submissions that fail validation, look automated, or appear to be spam. A successful form submission is a request for contact, not an engagement letter and not a commitment that we will take the project.

The site uses Google services (Tag Manager, Analytics when consented, reCAPTCHA, Fonts) and may link to Google’s own privacy and terms pages. Those services are governed by Google’s policies.

We are not responsible for third-party sites or for how those providers process data once you leave our pages or interact with their widgets.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIXEL JOURNEY, C.A. and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website.

Our total liability for claims arising out of these website Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under Venezuelan law. They also do not cap obligations we accept in a signed client contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Venezuela shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website, except where a mandatory consumer or data-protection law gives you the right to sue in your home country.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Material changes apply to later use of the site.
