We provide B2B software engineering — product incubation, fullstack development, cloud and DevOps, and applied AI — to organizations worldwide. This website is informational and includes a qualifying contact form.

This policy applies to https://pixeljourney.io, its localized paths (including /es), and the technologies we operate on those pages.

It does not govern personal data processed under a separate client contract, statement of work, or master services agreement. Project repositories, production systems, and client-owned environments are handled under those agreements and our Transparency commitments — not this website policy.

We collect only what this site needs to answer inquiries, keep the product usable, measure traffic you consent to, and stop automated abuse.

• Contact form (required unless noted): contact name, email, company name, phone number in international format, project description, and four project choices (focus, user scale, timeline, post-delivery model). Company website is optional.
• Derived on our server after you submit: a lead score, whether the email domain matches the website, whether the email is a free or corporate provider, a Google reCAPTCHA score, a real/spam assessment, and a submission timestamp. Bot submissions are not stored.
• Analytics events sent to Google Tag Manager and, when configured, Google Analytics 4: page path, page title, language, page type, and interaction events (CTA clicks, form start/step, generate_lead without names or emails, service-guide answers, language changes).
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form: a token and behavioral signals used to score whether a submission looks automated.
• Browser storage we set: localStorage key pj-theme (light/dark), localStorage key pj-cookie-consent (your analytics choice), and sessionStorage key pj-locale-prompt-dismissed (hides the Spanish language suggestion for the session).
• Google Fonts: your browser requests typefaces from Google, which can see your IP address and referrer.
• Hosting and infrastructure logs: typical access data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and time. We do not run a custom application logger that stores contact-form message bodies.

This site does not offer user accounts, newsletters, file uploads, job applications, or on-site payments. We do not run advertising networks, social-media pixels, chat widgets, or embedded YouTube, Maps, or similar third-party media players.

We do not ask for payment-card data, government ID numbers, or information about children. generate_lead analytics events intentionally omit contact identity fields.

We use contact details to qualify the inquiry, reach you, and operate our internal lead pipeline. Project choices help us prepare a technical conversation.

We use reCAPTCHA scores to reject automated traffic and to flag low-quality or likely-spam messages. Messages flagged as spam may still be stored so we can review false positives.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use aggregated navigation and interaction data to understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful. Theme and language-prompt storage exist only to remember your display preferences.

Contact inquiries: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to B2B requests you send us. Submitting the form also requires your explicit acknowledgement of this policy and the Terms of Service.

Security and abuse prevention (reCAPTCHA, hosting logs, bot rejection): legitimate interest in protecting the site and our team.

Analytics cookies and similar analytics storage: consent. They stay off until you accept. Clearing this site’s stored data in your browser will ask you again.

Strictly necessary or functional storage (theme, consent record, locale-prompt dismissal): necessary for the feature you requested or to remember a choice you already made.

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers that process data on our instructions:

• Google LLC and related Google entities: Tag Manager, Analytics 4 (when a tag is configured in our container), reCAPTCHA, Fonts, and Google Apps Script / Google Sheets for lead storage.
• Resend: transactional email that notifies our operations team of high-priority or failed-to-store leads. Those emails include the same contact fields you submitted.
• Our website host (a Vercel-class Node.js host): delivery of the site and standard access logs.
• Authorized people at PIXEL JOURNEY, C.A. who handle inbound sales and operations.

PIXEL JOURNEY, C.A. is established in Venezuela. Several processors are located in the United States or other countries. When those providers transfer data internationally, they do so under their own terms and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer tools.

By using this site or sending an inquiry, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions that may not provide the same legal protections.

Contact leads are kept while the commercial conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required to handle a dispute or legal obligation.

Analytics data follows the retention settings of our Google Analytics property. Theme preference remains until you clear site data or change the theme. The cookie-consent record remains until you change it or we increment the consent version. The locale prompt dismissal lasts for the browser session only.

Hosting logs follow the host’s standard rotation. We do not keep a separate archive of contact message bodies outside the lead sheet and any operational alert email.

This site is served over HTTPS/TLS. Lead data is not published on the public website. Submissions that look automated (reCAPTCHA score below 0.3) are rejected and not written to the sheet.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures for a marketing site and a small operations pipeline. Client-project security is defined in the relevant contract, not here.

We do not set first-party advertising cookies. Analytics storage is denied until you accept. Google services may set their own cookies when their scripts run. The table below is the inventory this site is built around.

This website is directed at businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

California residents: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run ad networks on this site. You may still request to know, delete, or correct personal information we hold from a contact inquiry.

To exercise a right, email info@pixeljourney.io with enough detail for us to find your inquiry (for example the email you used on the form). We may need to verify the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes — for example a new processor that receives contact identity, or a new advertising cookie — will be described in this section when they happen.

Continued use of the site after a new effective date means the updated policy applies to that later use. If we need new consent (for example a new optional cookie category), we will increment the consent version so the banner appears again.

PIXEL JOURNEY, C.A. is a Venezuelan company. The site is available worldwide. We describe GDPR-style and CCPA-style rights because visitors from those regions can reach this site and send inquiries.
